Try to imagine floating under a thick ice shelf, which is oppressive, creates heavy and dark sounds while it moves, breaks and grinds. You know you will never find a way out of the water, but at the same time the sun creates beautiful mesmerizing rays of light down here in your soon-to-be grave. That is "Ice", the second track that was recorded. I was already toying with the idea of accentual percussions. I think I used a drum sample from the synth CS1x and heavily edited it afterwards. This track actually got the most positive feedback on mp3.com and was even featured as german music part in the Deadbooks web novel series (deadbooks.com).
